Below is the breeding successes of WFS members with the various Blue Waxbills

Clearly both Blue-capped and Red-cheeked Cordon Bleu Waxbills are probably currently secure in the UK

The increase in breedings of the Blue-capped Waxbill since the import ban is particularly impressive

Clearly much work needs to be done to save the Blue-breasted Waxbill in UK aviculture
